How to have the sound & subtitles in English

How to have the sound & subtitles in English in YES.

I am interested to watch YES movies and series in English both the sound and the subtitles. Is it possible?

I tried but it did not work. I called YES and they said it works for some channels but it did not!!!

I called YES but three people gave me three different answers

One said that it has to do with the Receiver - Memeer - . She said it works only with the Memeer YESMAXTOTAL

But I do not think she is right!!

Who has YESMAXTOTAL and can try it and let us know?
