How do you interpret the title of this forum

As a lot of people come in here and write in Hebrew, I would like to hear (read) how do you interpret the title of this forum. I, personally, interpret it as English only. But, I think it can also be interpreted as an acronym of "English - come here and in Hebrew speak".​

I can not think why people come

and write in Hebrew, to me is clear that is forum to English only.​
