help in choosing the right CRM tool
i am looking for a tool or software that will help me in managing all the interactions with the customers, a way to share information between the different people in my company: 1.tech support or developers that talk to the end-user. 2.for the on-site implementers 3.secretaries that talk to the customers 4.the company's manager right now every one has it's own way to keep the info - some uses paper, some uses excel files, and some just remember it(!) to make it more clear i'll specify some of the info: cusomer details, address, number, fax, many dates (shipping hardware, etc), technical details like hardware and software configuration, number of computers the customer, documents, mails, money issues like payment and dates. i want a simple tool with web a interface so it will be available through the internet. could You tell me the tools your company uses or any recomanded tools - it can be free or commericals. thanks!
