Hello! I need some help

My name is Bar and I learn at the university... I need to improve my english as soon as possible because I have a lot of tests and lectures in english I will be glad if somebody talk with on the phone or by messenger only in english about everything he/she wants.... but I prifer to talk at the phone. I must to improve my english becouse it stink! thank everybody!
