hello, hope you are all well?.. i have been talking with nana, who i used to work with in paris, she stayed on there and married a french man. . she has decided to go to the evening with the mike brant fan club,in paris this year, after not going for some many years, . i am told that zvi, his brother, will be there, with yona his daughter. . she very much wants to meet him.. ,people from the israel fan club go also. that reminded us of how mike hated the cold, he wasnt used to it, haveing grown up where it was lovely and warm, . we were used to it, .. we smiled at the happy memory. nana said remember what lovely long eyelashes he has ,and how his eyes used to twinkle and sparkle?. we rememberd when he announced he was stoping everything to go back home to israel, if i cant be a solger, he said, the i will sing for them, on the front.. he stood up to the music company, and said, i am going tomorrow. we thought it so very brave of hi m .if people dont like it, well its my privite life, he said.he did not want to talk about some of the terrible things he had seen there. we i dont think that some people in israel at that time realized how much mike loved his country... i did because i heard him talk about it, how his face would light up.., when he talked of home, and haifa. ..he was only in franc e for work... love to all of you from england, annie.xx. .
