I have a problem with it and I want to clarify it with you. The shipment costs you took from my credit card was: 15 lbs * $7.7 = $116.55 But after checking the received box and the UPS tracking I have found that the actual package weight was 11 lbs. This is for example UPS information for this package ( you can see it also on ups site ): Delivered on: Jan 19, 2005 10:23 A.M. Signed by: J LAMDAN Location: RESIDENTIAL Delivered to: HEWLETT, NY, US Shipped or Billed on: Jan 12, 2005 Tracking Number: 1Z 8R2 XXX Service Type: GROUND Weight: 11.00 Lbs As you can see it is 11 lbs and not 15 lbs. Please explain. If it was your mistake please take care to return the amount of 4 * $7.7 = $30.8 to my credit card of just keep it till next shipment and reduce next shipment amount for the $30. Your comments about this issue are highly appreciated.
Jacob, excuse my insistence. Once again package sent from eBay seller to you was 11 lbs. Absolutely the Same package sent from you to me became 15 lbs. How can you explain it? The 11 lbs is much more correct because the package contains DVD player which is 9 lbs according to the manufacturer spec, plus package it will be 11 lbs. I do not see any way it can be 15 lbs.
