Configuring Global Settings To enable or disable mail features such as out-of-office responses, automatic replies, and delivery reports, you must configure Internet Message Formats for the appropriate domains. Three methods for configuring Internet Message Formats are: • Configure the Default domain (*) so that all domains have the same settings. • Add a separate Internet Message Format domain for each SMTP namespace (for example @OrgA.contoso.com), and then configure each domain differently. • Add an Internet Message Format domain that represents domains with a common suffix (for example @*.contoso.com) and then configure each entry differently.
