hi, I'm coming to Israel in few weeks and would like to do ergometric test. can someone please recommend me on the most professional places where I can take it. would like to do it in the tel-aviv / hasharon area thanks in advance for the help. dan

Thanks for the info. Just wanted to know exactly what is being measured in the test. 1. Anaerobic Threshold? 2. VO2 max? 3. Max heart rate? Anything else that I didn’t mention? Thanks Dan

לא מתחייב אבל עד כמה שהבנתי אפשר למדוד את כולם במדידה אחת וכבר עשיתי זאת, אם כי אאל"ט דופק מירבי ממש - קשה להשיג במדידה משולבת כזאת. בכ"א סח"ח וצח"מ מתומחרות בנוסף על הארגומטריה הבסיסית.
