donating to milk banks

do you know if there are milk banks (preferably not in the religious sector) that are in need of milk donations and what the procedure is or tests required?

there are no official milk banks in

Israel. there are only a few in the states. It is not easy to create a milk bank, but it would be wonderful if there was one.​
