תפוחי עץ אפויים

מצרכים: 4 תפוחים גדולים מסוג יונתן 1/4 כוס סוכר חום דחוס 1 כפית קינמון 1 כפית אגוז מוסקט 1/4 כוס צימוקים 1/4 כוס פקאנים קצוצים 4 כפיות חמאה 1/2 כוס מיץ תפוחים או סיידר לחמם תנור ל-200 מעלות צלזיוס (אצלך זה 400 פרנהייט) לקלף את התפוחים ולהוציא כ-3/4 מעומק הליבה. להניח על תבנית מרובעת משומנת בגודל 20 ס``מ בערך. לערבב את הסוכר, קינמון, אגוז מוסקט, צימוקים ופקאנים. למלא כל תפוח עם התערובת ומלמעלה כפית חמאה על כל תפוח. להרתיח את מיץ התפוחים ולצקת על התפוחים. לכסות בניר אלומיניום ולאפות כ-25 עד 35 דקות. להגיש חם, לא חם מידי.

Search Tip

To all of you with Word 98 and up that don`t have hebrew (I do it with the messages as well) Open Word Click Insert and select symbol choose the hebrew letters and ``insert`` them one by one starting with the first. It will not be readable (its the wrong way. Then, select the word, and ``copy`` paste into the forum, it will paste the right way and you can search on it. This is the way I write my comments (taked days . . But it is purfect for search

Hi Talush, I Wanted the apples, and now!!! So Before I got everybody`s answers .(which came very quick, and good ideas, like you said) I just took 5 apples, took out the core, spread some cinamn and brown suger on top, and filed it with crushed peacan. A liitle water in the pan, and 45 min in the oven. It came very simple, not fatning (2 tablespoons of sugar for 5 apple Every body in the office went crazy...but you know those American, dont cook at all. They went crazy when they heard I dint it myself!!! The first question was: Where did you buy it? Well....There is a price for everything.... Love ya Yaeli
