back to work after 11 mos
i have just recently returned to work while my ds is 11 months old. until now though he has been in the care of a nanny i have also been around the house many parts of the day so that we've had access to each other emotionally as well as a continued nursing relationship. he's eating solids wonderfully - sometimes more or less depending on how much access he has to my breast. what i'm wondering at this point is how much breastmilk does he need during the day? i'm trying to pump once a day at around noon though it's miserable because there is NOPLACE for me to have privacy at my new job except a bathroom or my car. is one bottle (how much?) enough milk for him combined with solids until i return home? he nurses at 6am then at about 5pm and has unlimited access at night. thanks in advance for your assistance.
