My opinion

is that Saar Shefa is a jerk. However, you can't blame the rest of the network. If you read the articles written about it, you'll see that he doesn't even get along with his co-owners - the family! Aroma is not anywhere near the end. Trust me, a racist comment will not ruin such a big corporation. It would only be in a utopic world that a comment like that would cause people to avoid the cafe.
