another landing without gear
Last Sunday, a pilot in our airfield landed on his belly. The 76 years old ACRO pilot, with over 40 years experience, landed a two-seater Zlin Acro trainer , the same plane Yehuda Krauze flew last year, on his belly. He manged to do a perfect landing on our grass runway, and since the wheels remain partially out no damage was caused to the plane except for the prop. He later claimed that he pulled down the master switch instead of the gear. The difference between his case and the 182 of A.I.M. is that.....he owns the plane-together with a partner ZeevRozenek,Modena,Italy.
