agile methodology - SCRUM
recently I started learning about agile methodologies. one is xp and the other is SCRUM. i don't know a lot about the latter so i am reading a few articles now. there r 2 distinctive role in SRUM - pigs and chickens. A chicken and a pig were brainstorming... Chicken: Let's start a restaurant! Pig: What would we call it? Chicken: Ham n' Eggs! Pig: No thanks. I'd be committed, but you'd only be involved! the chickens are the developers and the pigs are the executives (managers) and here is an interesting article - Working Together In "War Rooms" Doubles Teams' Productivity. can anyone share his knowledge or experience with SCRUM or XP or any oher management ideas? what methodology do u prefer? what principles do u implement as a software manager? tips, links, books
