BaCkStReEt CoRnEr - Confirmation On AJ`s Statement About Backstreet`s Future Posted by Amanda on 11/17/2002 (Views: 96) (DLS) - For those of you who accused Chris of spreading rumors or lying about the quote from AJ on Backstreet´s future, you owe him an apology. Chris seems to be the only one apologizing and for what? He didn´t do anything wrong. Some comments on his post about AJ were very harsh and ridiculous. Our job here at DLS is to post news on BSB. Whether it be bad news or good news, it´s going to be posted. But it´s up to YOU and you only to determine whether or not to believe it. Some of you are only going to believe what you want to believe and when there´s something that isn´t 100% positive, you immediately call it false and then bash Chris and all of us other news reporters here. We´re just doing our job and if it´s not written by us, you´re taking out your anger on the wrong people. So with that said, I just read confirmation on AJ´s statement about the future of BSB. A BSB fan named Aura emailed KGTV Channel 10 news in San Diego to confirm whether or not AJ said this next group album would ´probably´ be the last BSB album. Here is the email she recieved: Hi Aura, A.J. McLean was in San Diego on behalf of the Save the Music Foundation. After the school assembly, where he spoke to a group of middle-school kids, he spent some time with a small group of reporters. We spoke about a lot of things and someone asked him what´s next for the Backstreet Boys. Here´s what A.J. told us during the interview on 11/12/02: "We´ve been off now for almost 2 years. We´re going back into the studio in March and we´re gonna work on what will probably be the last Backstreet Boys record." He also talked about his plans to get married and how all the Boys had solo projects they were working on.It´s probably not what you wanted to hear but I do hope this answers your question.
