Fans Show Support For Michael By Prather Jackson Making its way through a maze of Internet fan web sites, discussion groups and now entering the mainstream press, is a document that outlines a nasty battle between Sony Music and its most famous superstar, Michael Jackson. The Hollywood Weekly is currently conducting an investigation to determine if the facts as widely posted on numerous web sites are indeed true. We plan to publish a cover story in support of Michael Jackson in our June edition. In addition, based upon fans demonstrated support for our publicity campaign, as determined by sales of the magazine, we will continue this effort by publishing ongoing monthly updates until this matter is resolved. This campaign is intended to demonstrate to Sony Music that Michael Jackson´s fans are informed, organized and taking action to support Michael. Copies of the Hollywood Weekly will also be sent to Michael c/o his Management Co.( We were told Michael really appreciates reading letters from his fans, and his office keeps a file of all magazine articles written about him). Fans who would like to get involved may do so by writing a letter to our editor, and then by placing an order for a copy or subscription to the magazine.
