החלפת פונקציה.
Microsoft לא אהבים את scanf. למה? כי הם נבלות זה למה.
אבל, לפחות כתבו לך מה לעשות.

בתחילת הקובץ (לפני כל ה-include) וזה אמור לעבוד לך.
