שמירת קשר עם הhome office?

שאלה תיאורטית בלבד (בשלב הזה,ייתכן שיהיו שאלות נוספות בהמשך): אדם עבר לUK,הגיש בקשה לאישור שהייה זמני בכתובת מסויימת,הבקשה התקבלה והסתיימה התכתובת עם הhome office. אחרי שנה המשפחה עברה לעיר אחרת והאישור עדיין בתוקף. האם יש צורך להודיע על המעבר לפני בקשת ההארכה הבאה או שה"אח גדול" מתעדכן ממידע כמו רישומים לרופא משפחה,בתי ספר ועוד?

There is no 'big brother' in the UK- only in Israel... If a certain UK permit/visa requires notification of current address, it will say so- in the accompanying leaflet. otherwise- no.​

עלאק אין אח גדול באנגליה... ולשאלה של הכותב המקורי- אם בכתובת החדשה תירשמו בעירייה (לבחירות למשל), יוכלו לאתר אתכם אם יהיה להם את הצורך. לדוגמא- בן זוגי נרשם לפני כחודשיים פעם ראשונה מאז שהוא באנגליה (כבר חמש שנים שהוא פה) ופתאום לפני חג המולד קיבלנו בדואר דוח תנועה שהוא קיבל ב2009 ולא ידע ממנו כי הוא בדיוק עבר דירה. וזה לא ההפתעה היחידה שקיבלנו מאז שהרשויות ראו שהוא רשום בכתובת הנוכחית. אז מוצאים אותך אם אתה נרשם, אני מניחה שאם המשטרה יכולה למצוא אותך ולשלוח לך דוחות, גם ה home office יוכל למצוא אותך...

So it is easy- and regulated by legislation- to send a traffic offense report/fine notification to the registered owner of the car at his/her last registered address. So, your partner should not be surprised, it is common knowledge. Please do not confuse the DVLA with the home office- or the UKBA. not the same thing. Local authority: Your local authority can not pass on information about you to anybody else without a good reason. it will register you address, your name and how many people permanently live at this particular address for council tax reason. You will be included in the electoral role only if you are entitled to vote. the electoral role is a public document, therefore it can be used legitimately by official bodies. Exchange of information between different official agencies is regulated by the data protection act. unlike Israel, there is no central identity number, which makes is so easy to merge database information into one,....

on transmission, parts of my msg were muddled up... the DVLA requires that you register and update your address when you renew your tax disc and when you move to a new home. Without a valid tax disc your car insurance and third party insurance would not be in force. By law, if your car is involved in a traffic accident or the driver committed a traffic offense, the ticket is sent to the registered address as appears on the DVLA database. there is nothing secretive or 'below board' about that. the website explains it very clearly. Your details would appear on records with your: -local authority for council tax purposes - the electoral role- if you are eligible to vote [this is a public document, which is used widely for identification purposes] -your local GP - school -DVLA if you own a car -TfL if you have an Oyster Card - Your bank or similar financial institutions -your employer - the tax and NI office Not all of them exchange information on a regular basis, and disclosure is only permitted for specific reasons. Unlike Israel, there is no common denominator - the Israeli Identity number. Regards​

כן לעדכן, לא את משרד הפנים. תושבים זרים על ויזה זמנית (גם אם הזמן המדובר נמדד בשנים) צריכים להירשם בסניף משטרה תוך שבוע מהגעתם (היה כך פעם, אולי התקנות בנוגע לזמנים השתנו), ולעדכן שם כל שינוי בכתובת מגורים/סטטוס משפחתי/מקום עבודה. אם וכאשר מאריכים את הויזה, אחד הטפסים שמשרד הפנים דורש הוא טופס כנ״ל מעודכן.

זה לא נכון לכל ויזה זמנית. ספציפית - מי שמגיעים על בסיס אירופי (ובני משפחתם) לא צריכים להירשם במשטרה.
