אם מישהי ממכם יכולה בבקשה לתרגם לי לעברית שלבים בהכנת חצאית אני אשמח מאוד כי הידע שלי באנגלית לא כל כך טוב הנה השלבים: . -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Step 1 of 10 Take your yard of fabric and fold in half horizontally. If you are taller you will need more fabric. The length of the skirt will be the fabric folded in half minus 1" lost at the top and 1/2" at the bottom for the hem. Cut the fabric in half creating two long pieces of fabric measuring - 1/2 yard X the width of the fabric. Step 2 of 10 Set your sewing machine to the longest stitch length. Take fabric and sew with 1/2" seam allowance along one long end. Do the same to both pieces of fabric. Step 3 of 10 From one end, start to pull one end of the string, using the other hand to hold onto the skirt. This will create a ruching effect. The more ruching, the poofier the skirt will turn out. Step 4 of 10 Place the waistband over the long side of the fabric with the ruching effect. I overlapped the fabric about 1" and sewed 1/2" from the edge of the waistband. Step 5 of 10 Once this is done for both pieces of fabric you should be left with two identical pieces of fabric with waistband attached to the ruching side of the fabric. Take one end from each piece and face right side up. Sew a 1/2" seam allowance along the fabric to enclose one side of the skirt leaving room for the invisible zipper. Step 6 of 10 Attach the invisible zipper onto the partially enclosed side. It should enclose the waistband and part of the fabric. Step 7 of 10 Wrap the skirt with one side enclosed around your waist and mark where you want to cut off. Equal amount should be cut off from front and back pieces. Step 8 of 10 Cut at mark, face fabric front sides together, sew 1/2" seam allowance. Step 9 of 10 Hand sew the hem. My hem is 1/2".
