So, it really depends on the quality and the material - usually, fiber-glass is cheaper than wood, and is more durable (wood usually has a nicer sound). You can also get really cheap ones from plastic - but I personally don't recommend that because they sound pretty horrible. I think you can get a pretty decent semi-professional pair from www.menkes.es; they have some models that they sell for about 25 euros - which believe me is cheap! I bought mine for 100 eauros - but they were worth every penny - the sound is like heaven!!!!
