for getting
a nice taffy that looks like dolce-de-lece the ratios are 1:1
sugar
heavy cream
evaporated milk ( or condensed milk) the little cans
caramel from the sugar (no water added) little bit a the time and worm heavy cream, not boiling it just worm it a little bit
add the heavy cream and after that add few drops of lemon juice
condensed milk at the end
stir it good and let it cool down
