אני מתחתן עם גרמניה ,האם אנחנו יכולים להגר יחד למדינה אירופאית אחרת? ואני אוכל לעבוד ולחיות שם? דרך אגב יש עוד ישראלם בגרמניה ?

ראשית מזל טוב, נישואים מקנים אזרחות ואחר כך אתה אזרח בעל אזרחות אירופאית ויכול להיכנס לכל מדינה באיחוד האירופי כאזרח לכל דבר. בהצלחה.

לא כל כך מהר מקבלים אזרחות

זה לוקח שלוש עד חמש שנים עד שמקבלים אזרחות אירופאית לדוגמא דרכון גרמני עד אז אני חיב להישאר במדינה ולצאת עד שלושה חודשים בשנה ואנחנו רוצים עוד שנתים לעבור לפורטוגל לכן אני שאלתי.

Moving from Germany

Hi gshifer, Even if you do not have a European citizenship if you marry a german girl you are allowed according to the European community law to move from one European country such as Germany to another.You do not need to be a European citizen if your wife is a European citizen who moved a country in order to work - she must be a worker! . You are considered as her family and allowed to join her, however, if you wish to stay in Germany this rule does not apply this rule apply only to European citizens who moved from their country to another. p.s I am a trainee solicitor dealing with European community law as well as other areas, Good luck!
