מהעיתון MORE: After splitting up with her fiancé, single mum Natasha Hamilton's back and feistier than ever. And despite being devoted to her son, the Atomic Kitten girl still finds time for drunken Portaloo antics.... “What’s the point in going to The Brits if you can’t get sh!t-faced?” asks Natasha Hamilton, dragging on a cigarette, incredulous about the alcohol ban at the UK’s premier music award ceremony. No point whatsoever, apparently, for despite the fact that The Tide Is High is nominated in the Best Single category, neither Natasha nor her two Atomic Kitten band mates are attending this evening. But the event’s loss is our gain, and Natasha is instead spending the time in North London studio being shot for the front cover of MORE!. And she’s having a right laugh, whacking up the stereo, dancing around the room to cheesy house tunes and practising her new found moon-walking skills. The 20-year-old singer is a live wire-you imagine she’s quite a handful after a couple of Smirnoff Mules – but she’s also bright and friendly. She split from her fiancé Fran Crosgrave – the father of her baby – a couple of months ago, but seems happy. After all, she’s got a seven-month-old son she describes as ‘a very pleasant baby’ has just discovered that the album Feels So Good has sold over 1.5 million copies and is ‘dead exited’ about a party she’s going to later this evening. And once we convince her to stop trying on the entire contents of the MORE! Fashion cupboard, we sit Ms Hamilton down for a chat about blokes, babies and fancying Robbie Williams….. You’re looking pretty foxy for someone who’s recently had a baby. How did you get back shape so quickly? I don’t know really. I didn’t do anything in particular, I must just have a fast metabolism or something. I’m very hyperactive so I burn off a lot of energy. I did go through about three months of being a bit frumpy, then the weight just fell off. So you don’t have any special diet tips for our readers? Erm… Weight Watchers microwave meals? How is baby Josh? He’s great. He’s really bubbly and always smiling. He’s with my mum today – she looks after him sometimes when I’m working, but he often comes with me. How much has your life changed since having Josh? A lot. It’s made me grow up loads. I’ve got a responsibility now – someone who comes before anything. And I know that this is the easiest time…. The first six months is the easiest? Well, when it comes to worrying! I suppose at least they’re not going out taking drugs at parties yet. Yea, once he starts wanting to go out, THAT’S when its time to worry! Did you always know that you’d return to work once you’d given birth? Yes, always. I love my job and besides, I need to do it to support my son. When I was pregnant I’d see the girls on the TV without me and I’d just cry. All I ever did was cry when I was pregnant. Still do, really. You split up with your fiancé, Fran, a couple of months ago. Does the prospect of bringing Josh up on your own worry you? Well, I’m not going to be bringing him up alone. Fran still gets to see him a lot and we’ll always be his mum and dad. Why did you and Fran split up? Sometimes things just don’t work out. It was natural. You just know when it’s time to do your own thing. We’re still good friends and we talk all the time. And Fran will always be there for Josh. So how do you feel about being single again after two years? I’m happy being single. I’m happy being a mum and doing my job and that’s it for me at the moment. So you’re not after a new fella yet? It’s not even on my agenda at the moment! So if you did have your eyes on a fella, how would you attract his attention? I just go in for the kill, and make sure I don't co*k it up! When I got with Fran, it was me that pursued him. Sounds scary! Yeah! I think people see Atomic Kitten as three feisty, wild girls and it does take a stronger man to approach us because we are quite intimidating. To be honest, no one comes up to us. Do you spend a lot of time with Liz and Jenny socially then? Yea, they're my best mates. People hate to believe that we actually do get on, but we do. We love each other. We're always crying down the phone to each other... What about? Over stupid things. 'I just cut my foot, WAAA!' Do you ever fight over fellas? Never! We've all go different tastes so we never come to blows about men. Jenny likes big dimples, smiley eyes and salt and pepper hair. Liz likes young blokes with green eyes. I always seem to be attracted to tall, muscular men. So you've never had a conflict of interests? Well, Jenny and I are obsessed with Robbie Williams. Obsessed in what way? We just fancy the ars* off him! And you must have met him loads of times? Yeah, we partied with him in Asia. He's lovely! So was there a lot of flirting going on? No, it's not like that! המשך בהודעה הבאה.

המשך הראיון:

לא היה מקום בהודעה הקודמת...: I bet there was a bit! Maybe a little bit!Ha Ha! I think Robbie sees me more as his little sister. Even since you’ve had Josh? Even now that you're a new mature woman? Ha! No. Actually, I'm sure he thinks we're a gang of psychos! [laughs] Are you a gang of psychos? Yeah. We can never just have a quiet night out. Never. Once we get started it just goes all mental and there's always at least five stories to tell when it stops. Like what? Well, in Singapore our tour manager was in a Portaloo and it was on a hill, so Jenny and I tried to push it over. We almost managed it, but he got out in time. Lucky really, because all the contents would've come out all over him which would have been absolutely disgusting. At the time it seemed like a good idea. We were quite drunk! Rock and roll! So how A-list is you’re party life at the moment? Is it just party after party? To be honest this is the mist I’ve partied in a while because I’ve been tending to the baby and all that…. And you know. We are really girlie. Were just like every other group if friends. Apart from you’ve got loads of celeb mates, I suppose? I dunno, most of our friends are normal. We get on well with Westlife though. And Blue are a good laugh. I understand there’s going to be an Atomic Kitten cartoon? Hopefully, if it all plans out. So what characteristics do you think the Natasha character will have? Loud, always dancing and always saying stuff she shouldn’t at the wrong time. I have foot in mouth disease you see – actually, all three of us do. We think its sort of a Northern thing. (Yep!) What sort of things do you say? I once said: “Were going to Berlin? But I thought we were going to Germany”. I’m actually quite well educated, I’m just thick. I do have quite blonde characteristics. Is that why you have become a brunette? Ha ha, No! After I had Josh I was so indecisive and I just wanted to change everything so I thought: ‘I know, I’ll dye my hair’. And as for the Kittens, how long do you think you’ll stay together making records? We’ve got many more years left inside of us. We’ve still got so much we want to achieve. We still haven’t been to America or Australia, and there’s just so much more that we want. And I’m sure we will achieve it because we’re very determined young ladies.
