She turned to her lawyers last week after FRAN COSGRAVE complained about the amount of time he's allowed to see 15-month-old Josh. The once-friendly relations between Tash, 20, and hunky nightclub manager Fran, 24, have deteriorated since they split in January. A former friend of the couple revealed: "Natasha has been forced to seek legal representation to make sure she doesn't lose her little lad. "She wants to make sure she will continue to have full custody of Josh - and she's simply not willing to budge an inch." Pals thought the couple had sorted out the access arrangements amicably. But Irishman Fran - who used to host the VIP room at London club Click and now runs Trap - has become increasingly miffed about the brief time he's able to spend with Josh. The friend said: "He wants more access - he is not pleased with the current situation at all. "He reckons that Tash cannot possibly be able to devote enough attention to their son when she's so busy with her pop career. "On the other hand, she doesn't believe his demanding job in the nightclub business is very conducive to bringing up a child either." And it is certainly not helping matters that Natasha doesn't think highly of Fran's new love, party girl JODIE MARSH. Fran, who has also been linked with Liberty X singer KELLI YOUNG, seems to have settled down with the pneumatic model and stripper. But Tash, who has a new flame herself in 25-year-old dancer GAVIN HATCHER, has said of them: "They are a match made in heaven. It's sad - really pathetic." Natasha and Fran got engaged within five months of their first meeting at a Westlife concert. The same amount of time later, she became pregnant. They bought an £800,000 home in west London and had planned to marry later this year.But another five-month period - following Josh's birth - saw their relationship hit the rocks and they decided to call it a day. At the time Fran said: "I'm gutted. Tash was the only woman I've ever loved. But we just grew apart. "Now our priority is our son, who we both love to bits." Sadly, it looks like little Josh is caught up in a tug of love that could end up in courtroom tears.
