פטריה על הפטמה

ילדתי לפני 4 שבועות לידה+תינוק תקינים.לפני שבועיים אובחנה לתינוק ולי פטרת על הפה+פיטמתי הדבר מלווה בכאבים בעת ההנקה. אין פגיעה ביניקה אנו מטופלים במשחה על הפיטמה +טיפות לפה התינוק כבר שבועיים אך ללא הטבה מה ניתן לעשות?

ולקבל משחה(טיפול) יותר חזקה...נסי גם להימנע מסוכרים/שמרים במהלך הטיפול,לעקר היטב פטמות בקבוק,מוצצים(אם יש כאלו בשימוש),פדים~להחליף לעתים קרובות(משמש בית גידול טוב עבור פטריה),חזיות~הרתחה חובה...מה עוד?תרופת סבתא:כוס מים פושרים עם כף חומץ ביתי ,לערבב ,לשטוף היטב את הפטמות לאחר כל הנקה...עוזר. תרגישו טוב בהקדם

Did you get antibiotic

before or after the birth? antibiotic usually upsets the balance in the body and this allows candida to invade. Or did you have vaginal candida at the time of the birth? This could be how the baby got the pitria. The symptoms are a burning sensation usually between feeds, redness on the nipple and areola, and in the baby, there might nor might not be white plaque in the mouth, but often you see redness in the diaper area. The treatment should be applied for at least 5 days after all symptoms disappear. Anything which the baby puts in her mouth should be boiled ( pacifiers, toys, bottle nipples, etc) Here is a site which discusses the subject more in detail. It is from Canada where they use gentian violet, which you cannot get here so ignore that and note all the other hints.​
