היי אני מניקה בעזרת פטמת סיליקון. נועה בת חודש. שבוע היא נשארה בבית חולים כי היא קטנה. בבית שילבתי נסיונות הנקה ובקבוקים. ועכשיו אנחנו בשלב שהיא יונקת מלא כבר שבועיים. היא עדיין קטנטונת 2.5 ק"ג. מתי אתן חושבות שאמי אוכל להוריד את הפטמת סיליקון? ניסיתי היום והיה לה קשה לתפוס

שתעזור לך בזה. למשל למצוא תנוחה שנוחה לכן וכדומה.

לפגוש יועצת הנקה שתלמד אותך הצמדה נכונה של התינוקת לשד. אפשרי ורצוי להוריד את פטמת הסיליקון, אבל כמו שראית- זה לא תמיד פשוט וכדאי ליווי מקצועי. בהצלחה

Silicone shields if not used correctly can prevent the baby from getting your milk. If the baby does not remove milk from the breast, you will not make new milk, and soon there will not be enough. I agree with the recommendations of the others. You need to meet with a yoetset hanaka as soon as possible. In the meantime, get yourself a good pump from Yad sarah ( a Spectra will be fine) and start pumping after every feed, except the night feeds, to increase your milk supply.​

noaa was born 1.980 last week which was after 24 says she was 2.500 icause she stayed a week in the hospital i met with yoetest that helped me with brest feeding (at the hospital she ate from a bottle) i have a pump but i know she it eating well and getting enought milk

what was her lowest weight?

You have to be careful with silicone shields. the baby can latch onto the tip of the nipple and work really hard but not get enough milk. Her weight gain is not bad, but I have to know how much she gained in those 24 days, so you have to tell me the lowest weight. Look at this article to see if your baby is latched well on the breast.​
