עבודה בלונדון

היי נעים מאוד אני קרן. אני שוקלת לטוס ללנודון לעבוד בתקופת הקריסמס. אבל יש לי כמה התלבטויות: קודם כל לגבי אמינות החברות, יש לי דרכון בריטי, השאלה אם יהיו לי פחות בעיות עם החברות האלו, כי מהסיפורים שאני שומעת מחברים וכאן בפורום החברות האלו עושות בעיות בעיקר בנוגע לאשרות עבודה. דבר שני העבודה עצמה, אני לא ממש טיפוס של מכירות, אני יודעת שזה לא התחום שלי בכלל אבל יש לי המון מוטיבציה. חוצמזה שזאת תקופה הקריסמס והבנתי שיותר קל למכור בתקופה הזאת. אתם חושבים שגם בנאדם שזה לא התחום שלו ואין לו נסיון בזה בכלל מסוגל להצליח?? תודה רבה לכולם

If you have a British passport, why do you think you need to undertake such a job? You have a legal right to work in any job in the UK, and, I assume your mother tongue is English.. If you have any skills, there are lots of temp agencies , many focusing on specific jobs [nursing, banking , retails, domestic help, shops, etc etc]. During Xmas, many shops, pubs, other establishments hire temp workers , so it should not be a problem to find such a job. so why go for a lousy job, working for lousy Israeli companies, which are usually set up with those Isrealis with no legal working status- thus exploiting them? good luck

.thanks for the answer, I know that I can work anywere i wont but i dont know how to get to all of thus agencies i'm also feeling insecurity about my english thats whay I rhater be whit israelis

את שואלת כאן בעצם את שאלת השאלות. אני מציע לך לברר על כמה חברות באתרים שונים ואח"כ לשאול כאן בפורום שאלות ספציפיות. ישנם כמה חברות ממש מעולות ואמינות בלונדון שלא ראוי שאני כמנהל הפורום ימליץ. אבל אני בטוח שלאחרים לא תהייה בעיה רק שימי לב שאת מקבלת המלצה אוביקטיבית ולא ממגייס שמקבל תשלום על עבודת גיוס עובדים לחו"ל. והקשר לשאלה השניה- אין דבר כזה מוכר לא טוב- יש התלמדות לא טובה.

Hi In my job I have seen nearly all the different types of Israelis running different "quick" business's around the world. With regards to London I can tell you that there are some very good companies that are well established and treat ehir employers well. I am not sure of the rules & regulations of the forum and as such I do not want to publish one specific companies name (however if you write me in private I would be happy to recommend them) otherwise there are numerous companies that deal with recruitment for overseas, these can be vertigo-recruit or ingo-recruit, I am sure there are others but these are the two big ones I know about.

שמעת אולי המלצות? אני חייב להכניס כסף ומהר לפני שהמנהל יעשה לי עם האצבע "נו נו נו" אני מרגיש שאני עובד אצלו לא הוא אצלי... תודה !
