5+ years of experience in customer support / pre-sale / post-sale
Vast experience in supporting customers in one or more of the following areas - networking / video / storage / security
Experience is support of network devices
Profound knowledge in customer support / post sale procedures
Profound knowledge / expert !! in computer networking, protocols and tools
Experience in pre-sale, customer trials and demos
Experience working in Linux environment
Knowledge in scripting (python) – advantage
Willing to travel to customer sites
Experienced in working in global companies.
Ability will and compliance to work in start-up environment with all implications.
Anxious to get exposed and work with technologies
Good communication and collaboration skills.
