אני גולש בפרוגארכיבז, מגיע לדיון על פרוג ישראלי, ופתאום אני רואה תגובה של סטיבן ווילסון בכבודו ובעצמו, שאומר שיש בן-אדם בשם הזה והוא עוזר לו בהקלטת והפקת האלבום הראשון שלו, הנה התגובה שלו: Hey guys There's a new artist from Israel called Ephrat, that I think is going to impress. A big "progrock" label (well, guess) have signed him, and I'm going to be singing on the 20 minute centerpiece as well as mixing the record - it's still a way off yet, as the album is only half way recorded and it's all being taken slowly to get it just right. But what I've heard is very promising - it's very "classic" in it's sound, but definitely looking to the future with some of the production techniques. Check out a couple of his demos (with a lot of drum machines and samples, and missing the vocals, being demos an all that) on his myspace site - http://www.myspace.com/omerephrat Also, as many of you probably know I'm going to work with Orphaned Land on their new record, but man those guys take forever to write a record!
