Yes you can, but it will cost you! most banks here have this facility; you will need to prove who you are, provide bank reference, prove that you own some property or in possession of a lot of money. You will have to pay high annual fees for the service. If you want to, google for LLoydstsb, Barclays, HSBC, NatWest , royal bank of scoland, bank of scotland- and look for 'international services' or 'international banking', and read carefully. regards
