מינון של חילבה
היי, רציתי לדעת אם יש איזה שהו guideline במינון
של כדורי חילבה? אני גרה בחו"ל והכדורים שמצאתי פה בחנות טבע מכילים 610mg

Directions:
Take one to two capsules three times daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsule into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.
Ingredients:
Fenugreek Seed Extract, Brown Rice Flour, Capsule Shell (Gelatine).
