כפי שעדי כותבת, אלא על ידי הרומאים. הבדל קטן של כמה אותיות ו-1500 שנה. הרומאים, לאחר דיכוי מרד בר-כוכבא בשנת 135 לספירה, ניסו לטשטש את הקשר בין ארץ ישראל ליהודים וזאת כדי לנסות ולמנוע מרידות נוספות של היהודים. אחת הדרכים הייתה לשנות את שם האיזור כולו ל-פלשתינה (שבאנגלית הפך אחר כך ל-פלשתיין). פלשתינה - כמובן על שם הפלישתים. שלשה קישורים בנושא: 1 -
