I don't think it's strange
Many years ago (about 15 ) I had terrible stomach aches that were not related to anything, came especially at night and were unbearable. One time I even arrived to Emergency Room, there due to the fact that I arrived with my boyfriend that time the doctor said that it is probably some cramps after sex... which was not true at all, or anyway not the right diagnosis since we did not have sex.... Only now so many years after I understand that that was probably the time when Endo started to grow in me, and together with this abdominal pain I also has some very strange allergies. So I guess I am not the only one whom body reacts like this, so maybe that's what you have babe. Go to see a doctor ....good luck
