In order to resolve this problem, they contract the services of Andersen Consulting, (today known as Accenture). During almost a decade, in which twelve million dollars have been inverted, involving a huge technical staff, integrated by engineers, Physics PhDs, designers, and technicians, they were able to develop a pen that could write on zero gravity conditions, upside-down, under the water, in almost any possible surface (including crystal), and in a wide range of temperatures from less than 0 degrees to more than 300!!!!!!!! The Russians just used a Pencil.
