February 6, 2003 Re: NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT Dear Gentleperson: I write on behalf of Sony Music Entertainment Inc. ("Sony"). It has been brought to our attention that the website www.jlols.org contains downloadable copies of various Jennifer Lopez master recordings and videos as well as still shots from the video for "All I Have". You should be aware that Jennifer Lopez ("Artist") is subject to an exclusive recording agreement with Sony; no person other than Sony is entitled to record, distribute or otherwise exploit the Artist's recordings and videos (with or without the music). All recordings and videos made by the Artist during the term of this agreement are the exclusive property of Sony, and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed in any manner without Sony's express consent. Accordingly, demand is hereby made that you immediately remove or disable access to the infringing material. You must provide us with your written assurances that such illegal action has been ceased. Please note that although Sony is specifically addressing the illegal inclusion of audio and video files on your website, this does not mean that the inclusion of other material on your site is legal. Other parties, including Jennifer Lopez and her music publishing company may have claims concerning the inclusion of additional infringing material. This letter is not an exhaustive recitation of Sony's claims in this matter, and is accordingly written without prejudice to Sony Music's rights and remedies in the foregoing, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.
