The best way to increase your
milk supply is to breastfeed your baby correctly i.e. make sure that she latches on to most of the hila under the nipple. Feed her frequently, and try not to give her a motsets or bottles of artificial milk , which may cause her to breastfeed less and thus reduce your milk supply. I do not recommend taking hilbe until a yoetset hanaka IBCLC has seen you and has determined that you need it. If you want, I can recommend you to someone. If your milk supply is low, we have to figure out why. Hilbe won´t help in most cases, especially if the baby is not feeding well. HOw old is your baby?
