יש תקלה במשחק?

הי , שאלה :
אני בשלב 35 בקנדי קראש
וכל פעם שאני מסיים את המסך הוא שואל אותי ״ להמשיך ״ או ״ לנסות שוב״ בניגוד למסכים קודמים ש הוא נתן לי רק אופציה אחת מבין השתים או שעברתי או שלא , ושאני לוחץ על "next" כלומר להמשיך אני לא עולה שלב אלא אותו מסך שוב ושוב... מה קורה כאן?

אני לא מכיר את המשחק אבל לפי חיפוש בגוגל אתה צריך סוג מסויים

של "כרטיס" שניתן לך ע"י חברים או ע"י ביצוע משימה במשחק...
