ילדי האור ידועים יותר בכינויים "ילדי האינדיגו" אכן הם הגיעו בשנות השיבעים(החלוצים בניהם אשר סללו את הדרך") המסה הקריטית של ילדי האינדיגו הגיעה בעיקר בשנות השמונים ובשנות התשעים...(ושוב ..הם "רק" סוללים את הדרך לבאים אחריהם...היום החלו "להגיע" לכדור שוב ילדים מעט שונים....הם נקראים "ילדי הקריסטל") כיצד תוכל לזהות מיהו/יא ילד/ת אינדיגו ...(יש ספר של לי קרול המתקשר את קריון בשם ילדי האינדיגו".. ובנוסף ישנם תיקשורים שונים על ילדי האינדיגו ועל ילדי הקריסטל באתר מקסים בשם "הוצאת אהבה" תודה ליויתנאור אוהב יונה

שלקריטריונים שמגדירים ילדי אינדיגו אפשר להכניס בקלות כל מי שרוצים... ומה.. זה בעצם קריטריונים שמגדירים: האם אתה מיוחד בעל השפעה ופוטנציאל מיוחד או שאתה נורמלי (כאשר נורמלי נשמע בהקשר הזה כמו מילת גנאי)... אז ככה שכולם יכניסו את עצמם לקטגוריה ויראו שהם מיוחדים.. ויחשיבו כמה שזה מדהים (ויעלימו מעצמם את העובדה שכל אחד היה מכניס את עצמו לאותה קטגוריה של אנשים שאמורים להיחשב נדירים לכאורה)... מיד אני הולך לקנות ספרים מתאימים ולהירשם לקורס שיסביר איך להתמודד עם היכולת שלי ועם הפוטנציאל של הילדים שלי... טוב.... עניין של אמונה.. אני לא ימשיך יותר... רק יציין, אני לא מאמין בזה. (ולא שולל לגמרי...)
