הי, מקווה שתוכלו לעזור לי: ילדתי לפני 11 ימים ומאז אני מניקה. ביומיים האחרונים בשעות הערב כנראה אין לי מספיק חלב כי בתי מנסה לאכול כל חצי שעה ובוכה מתסכול. אנחנו חושבים שאין לי חלב. בינתיים נתנו לה בקבוק כדי שתרגע - וזה לא הפריע להנקה בשעות היום. האם ייתכן שהדבר נובע מכך שהיא ישנה שעות ארוכות, כך שעובר זמן רב בין ההנקות? אשמח לעצות כיצד לשפר את כמות החלב בשעות הערב. תודה, מיכל

Some questions:

1. Is your baby feeding at least 8-12 times in 24 hours? 2. Does she have at least 5-6 very wet diapers in 24 hours, and at least 3 yellow watery kakis? 3. Are you offering her the breast every time she starts searching with her mouth and making sucking motions? 4. are you giving her the first breast until she finishes, changing her diaper and offering her the second? 5. When she feeds, are you feeling gentle tugging on the breast, not pain? Do you hear swallowing when she feeds? 6 Has she stopped losing weight, and even nearly returned to her birth weight? If you answered yes to the above questions, then everything is probably going well with the feeding. If so then it is normal for the baby to want to feed more often in the afternoon hours. If you answered no to any of the above questions, then you should probably see a yoetset hanaka IBCLC and if you tell me where you live, I will be happy to refer you to someone in your area. 7. אסתר היי, התשובות לכל השאלות שציינת חיוביות. שקלנו אותה אתמול בטיפת חלב והיא העלתה את כל המשקל שירד לאחר הלידה. למרות זאת, בכל ערב פשוט אין לי חלב שיספק אותה, והיא רעבה, ונרגעת רק לאחר שאנחנו נותנים לה בקבוק עם סימילאק. יש משהו שאני יכולה לעשות כדי שיהיה לי יותר חלב (תזונה, שתיה או לשאוב במשך היום כדי להגביר את הביקוש לחלב?) תודה, מיכל

לא אסתר, אבל משהו קצר..

הסיפור שאת מתארת כל כך מוכר לי - עד גיל 6 שבועות נדב ינק כל ערב מ20:00 עד 22:00. חשוב מאוד שלא תוסיפי בקבוק, כי יצור החלב הוא בהתאם לביקוש - אם תתני בקבוק - הגוף לא ייצר את המנה הזו. המלצות להגברת חלב (מעבר כמובן לתשובות המקצועיות של אסתר) את יכולה למצוא במאמר שמופיע בפורום "הנקה" (מספר 317). מזל טוב

Totally normal.don´t change anythin

this is normal behavior for babies in the afternoon. If you want, you can put him in a sling and walk around with him outside, but te best thing is to breastfeed him. Your milk does not disappear in the afternoon. YOur baby just needs YOU more. YOu have enough milk for him, and if he is latching well, he will get all the milk he needs.
