חיפוש דירות

מה אתם אומרים על דירה רק Shell? האם זה שהדירה צריכה רק רצפה? או הכל עירום?
אם אני מתכנן לבוא ל 3 שנים האם שווה לשכור דירה כזו ולהשקיע בפרקט למשל?

בעקרון היא צריכה רק רצפה

ואולי גם ראש מקלחת (שזה דבר שאני באופן אישי מתקינה משלי בכל דירה שאני עוברת אליה, כמו גם מושב אסלה).

והיא כמובן לא כוללת ריהוט.

ובפרקט אמיתי לא שווה להשקיע לשלוש שנים - אבל בשטיח או למינט בהחלט כן (זה לא שיש לך הרבה ברירות - כי אם יש שכנים מתחתיך - אתה חייב עפ"י חוק להתקין רצפה עם בידוד)

Hi

I'm in Amsterdam now for a couple of days.
Seeing some apartments and next week I have some work to do in Sittard...

I have an option of an apartment in Amsterdam -
about 30 m\square (a very big one room and one big bathroom)
There is also a yard outside with big storage. (possible to put plants and so on)
It costs 800 euros including all services (from gas to Internet)

I am seeing another one in Lijnden which means going a bit out of amsterdam... 850 for 60m/square...

What do you think?
And take into account that I have things to do in Amsterdam so I think living outside would be problamatic

knows of an apartment in Amsterdam that would be great
I'm looking around 800 euros
Mainly I need a possibilty to have a place to do yoga at home, host friends and not feel too crowded.
If is one room but big I have no problem.

I also looked in Haarlem.
I'm checking every opportunity.
This one was through SFS website.

At this moment I could not setup apartments reviews in Haarlem.
Either fully booked or not relevant.

טוב, זה שאלה של טעם,

יכול להיות שתאהב, סתם נראה לי שקצת אין מה לעשות שם, בטח שלא לאנשים צעירים בלי משפחה. אישית במצבך נראה לי שהייתי מעדיפה לגור באמסטרדם או בהארלם, במקום עם קצת יותר אקשן

Anyone knows how much services costs in Amsterdam?
Gas, Water, Electric, Internet and all others...

I know it varies but I would like to have an estimation...
