The singer had dated Fran Cosgrave, formerly a security guard for boy band Westlife, for two years. Hamilton, who has headed off for an Atomic Kitten tour of south east Asia with bandmates Liz McLarnon and Jenny Frost, says the split is "amicable". The pair had a baby, Josh, in August and say their son will continue to be their "top priority". A statement issued on the singer´s behalf said: "Atomic Kitten Natasha Hamilton has separated from fiance Fran Cosgrave. "The split is amicable, they remain close and their son, baby Josh, will continue to be their top priority. "Her band mates Liz and Jenny are helping her through this difficult time." It added: "Josh and Natasha´s mum will join her this weekend after the band have performed alongside Missy Elliot at the prestigious MTV Asia awards." No-one else is thought to be involved in the split. The couple got engaged just five months after meeting. Cosgrave, formerly a doorman at London bar Red Cube, now runs a club called Click.
