Dear Consumer Support Team, It's been love at first site. It all started back in 1997 when I decided to purchase my first mouse. I was told to look at something from either Micro$oft or Logitech. Micro$oft's products didn't fancy my needs and so I went to Logitech. I was offered to have a look at Logitech's TrackMan(r) Marble (s/n LTO64807717). Right there and then, my love affair started with my TrackMan(r) Marble. I'm a very technical bloke. I care for my computer just as much as it takes care of me. I clean it and care for its parts regularly. I do the same with my mouse. I clean it and care for it always. In on the 7 years it has served me I had never had to open a single screw on my mouse and only did minor external and ball cleanings every month or so. It was a great time and still it. The TrakeMan(r) Marble is a marvel which will truly always be a part of me and my mouse related work. Things were great... but then, it had issues and started to not return the love I had given it for so many years. Instead of being a technologically advanced "mouse" I feel it is now decided to change to "dog" years and coming up on 8 years of relationship it is starting to get old and not respond back as it used to. I'm talking about the middle and right buttons... they decided they will only answer to my requests when they find it easy for them to do so. When I click on either one of them, it will sometimes take effort (a few tries) until I get a response. I'm at a crossroad... where the left lane says "to new mousevill" and the other "fight for your mousevill". I immediately decided to take the latter road and contact my mouse's mother and father, Logitech International. Logitech, please, help me save my mouse
