הסתבכתי עם השאיבה...

אסתר שלום, הנקתי את בתי בת ה - 6 שבועות בשעה 11:00, ושאבתי, לראשונה, 100CC בשעה 12:30. היא התעוררה ב - 14:00 ו - אין לי חלב !!!!! בלית ברירה נתתי לה את החלב השאוב. אני בלחץ, תוך כמה זמן מיוצר חלב חדש ?? תודה רבה.

הילית, חלב חדש מיוצר כל הזמן = וככל שתניקי יותר כך יווצר חלב יותר. אין טעם להכנס ללחץ כל עוד בתך קיבלה את החלב שלך - אזי אין סיבה לדאגה! עדיף שתנוחי ותתני לגוף שלך אפשרות להסתגל לצרכי היניקה של בתך ואז גם תרגישי יותר טוב עם עצמך..
