Hematology Description: There is mild anemia in the smear, polychromasia is rare. The neutropils are mature, there is hypersegmentationm without toxicity or left shift. Monococytes are bland. The lympocytes are small, well-diiferentiated. Platelets are in smallaggregates, the total placelets number is estimated much higher in normal range.
