Job Description & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Quality Assurance in R&D and the Delivery Organizations
Monitor and improve product SW quality, development & delivery processes, ensure processes are in place & executed
Develop quality assurance plans, identify critical control points and preventive measures, and monitor them to completion
Drive continuous improvement and act as a catalyst for change and improvement
Train and coach employees on processes and quality topics
Perform periodic audits
Report on quality status including failed processes & corrective actions
Record, analyze and produce statistical information & trends and Quality KPIs
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Experience in Agile development organization & complicated SW Development Projects
Knowledge of quality methodologies
Certified Auditor
English writing & speaking
Ability to work in a distributed and matrix environment, including off-shore
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Problem solving skills
