But he denied beating up the snappers in a drunken rage and smashing a second camera. The accusations stem from a night out on the town with GIRLS ALOUD stars NADINE COYLE, NICOLA ROBERTS, and KIMBERLEY WALSH early last December. It is claimed Lee lashed out at the two cameramen, smashing their equipment, as he left the 10 Room club in London’s Piccadilly Circus with a mystery brunette at 3am. The singer allegedly agreed to pose for some snaps if they then left him alone. But one is said to have chased him down the street and continued clicking away. Enraged Lee then allegedly landed a flying kick on the cameraman, smashing his £300 lens. He is then said to have rounded on the second man, causing another £200 of damage in the attack. Lee looked relaxed as he arrived at Horseferry Road Magistrates Court in Westminster with his legal team. After the hearing he was released on unconditional bail until May and bundled into a people carrier surrounded by minders. A spokesman for the singer said: “Lee will vigorously contest the outstanding charges and maintains he is completely innocent. “The judge is expected to set a date for a hearing later this month where he will make his case.” A plea by Lee’s lawyer to keep his South London address private was knocked back by District Judge Nicholas Evans. He told the singer: “This is open justice.
