If everything else is normal, ,then this is what I said, your baby´s immune system working overtime, which is a good thing!! I hope that you are giving her both breasts each feed, and I still recommend that you express by hand at least 5 spoons of your milk from each breast after each feed. If you pump 50 ml after a feed, that is ALOT but you don´t have to use the electric pump for this.....just your hands!! Let me know what happens
