לקוחה קנתה צמיד, המידות היו מצוינות בליסטינג... היום אני מקבלת ממנה את ההודעה הבאה:
I have just received the bracelet I ordered. It's very pretty. However, the bracelet is much longer than I expected.
I thought the measurement you gave in the description would fit well but it's a little too long. Is there any way to return it? I love the bracelet but I would like it to fit a little better. Thanks.
כמובן שהמידות תואמות את הליסטינג וזה קצת מתסכל שהיא "הניחה" שזה יהיה בסדר.
לומר לה שתחזיר את הצמיד וזהו? יש עוד משהו שאפשר לעשות?
