anyone doing these kinds of diets should go to a qualified dietion to get there facts straight and keep healthy...no aerobic activity should be done in the absence of carbohydrates!!!!!!!|if your energy systems הקודrun out of carbs, your body may have to break down muscle fiber (protein) to produce energy. carbs should make up about 45-60 % of daily intake according to your TDEE...think colourful green,yellow,red etc fruits and vegetables with lean ...protein and healthy fats|...
