Want to get rid of my bad accent

Hello

I'm 21 years old and I'm going to travel in the U.S for 3 months. My english level is quite good, but my main problem is my "Israeli accenet". I want to know if you can recomand me how/ where I can learn to speak with an American accent, and to improve pronunciation. If there is a special place that would help me (in Israel), I would like to get the details (phone numbers and prices). Thank You, P.S I went to Berlitz last year and they really helped me with my english, but didn't help my accent at all.​

Accents

...are one of the most difficult things in language to acquire. You really need to pay attention to the nuances of phonology, and practically learn to hear new sounds. "Ball" and "bull" sound nothing like בּוֹל and בּוּל. You could be somewhat of a self-taught student if you really make it a habit to try to emulate English-language accent(s) as accurately as you can. In other countries there's a profession called "accent therapy"; Accent therapists are a subset of speech therapists, but the difference between them is analogous to the difference between doctors and plastic surgeons (in the sense that some of their practice is a luxury service). I really can't think of anyone who does it in Israel, sorry. Searching the internet, however, I stumbled upon this: americanaccent.com .
